To convert Excel documents into a single PDF, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the File Tab
  2. Click Create > From Multiple Files
  3. The Create PDF from Multiple Files dialog will open
  4. Add the Excel files you want to convert to the File List
  5. Files can be added by browsing or dragging files into the list
  6. You can select multiple individual files (Add files)
  7. Or You can select all files within a folder (Add folder)
  8. You can reorder the files in the table
  9. Once all the Excel files are in the good order click Start
  10. The Excel files will be merged into a single new PDF document
