Q: How can I copy annotations using Ctrl + Drag?
A: Starting in PDF Studio 12, you can copy annotations by holding Ctrl button (On Mac: hold ⌘ Command) and then dragging the mouse. This can be done with a single annotation or multiple annotations at once.
Note:
Starting in PDF Studio 12.0.2, there’s a new option to turn ON/OFF Ctrl + Drag feature. It is located under Preferences -> Comments -> Use Ctrl + Drag to copy selected comments.
On PDF Studio 11 and below, you can use Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V to copy and paste annotations.
