Q: We have Sharepoint Online hosted by Microsoft in the office 365 cloud. When we try to connect to Sharepoint from PDF Studio demo version, we’re getting the following error message ‘login failed, check user name or password’
A: PDF Studio uses Sharepoint 2007 web services to connect to Sharepoint.
PDF Studio is NOT compatible with Sharepoint Online in Office365.
Please let us know if you would like PDF Studio to support this. We may add support in the future if many customers are interested in the future.
