Q: When I drag and drop PDF documents from my dolphin file manager, it is showing some error message “Error: Getting dropped file. Reason: Owner failed to convert data”. Sometimes the splash screen shows up and then goes away and the document does not open. How can I solve this issue?
A: It is a known issue when opening documents using Dolphin file manager, our development team is still working on it. In the meantime, the workaround is to switch back your default file manager or open documents from File menu.
