I purchased a new license of PDF Studio Pro through the Duke University’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) and every time I try to open a document, I receive a message saying “Registration for this license has expired”.

A: PDF Studio license keys purchased through the Duke University’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) are distributed by the Duke OIT department. If you are having any issues either receiving your license key or with an expired license, you will need to contact the Duke OIT Software department.

Qoppa software does not have any access to the transaction details done through the Duke OIT system to confirm purchases or know what license key was distributed. Duke University purchases a bulk pack of 1 year licenses for PDF Studio and then take care of the transactions and handing out the license keys themselves.
