Q: I have a xls file, how can I convert to PDF using PDF Studio?
A: PDF Studio can only convert from xlsx files to PDF files. So what you can do is first convert xls to xlsx using Microsoft Excel or Libre Office and then use PDF Studio to convert xlsx to PDF.

Method 1. Use Microsoft Office or LibreOffice (Free)
1. Launch MS Office or LibreOffice and open xls file
2. Click Save As
3. Under Save as type, make sure to select .xlsx file type.
4. Open your new file with PDF Studio and Save the document
Method 2: Use Office online (Free)
1. Go to https://www.office.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account
2. Open xls file with MS Excel and Save the document.
3. Download the Document to your computer
4. Open your new file with PDF Studio and Save the document
