Q: When I try to print a PDF document on Mac OS, the paper just comes out blank. Is there anyway that I can fix this issue?
Update: This issue was fixed in PDF Studio 10.2.0 (Released Sept 22 1015).
A: This issue is caused by a specific image compression type called CCITT that is used by some scanners when turning an image into a PDF. While CCITT images are supported in PDF Studio there are some specific CCITT images that can sometimes fail to print.
You can use our PDF Studio Optimizer to convert the images to any other format and then you will be able to print without any issues.
