Q: How long does Qoppa Software support each version of PDF Studio?
A: Qoppa Software will provide email only technical support for PDF Studio troubleshooting and registration issues for 2 years from the date of initial public release. Additional software updates are released based on our Upgrade Policy & Release Schedule. The clock starts at the original release date of the first 0.0 version, for instance when version 2022.0.0 is first released.
