Use PDF Studio to view PDF files in Mozilla Firefox

Q: I want to use PDF Studio whenever I view PDF files in Firefox, is it possible?

A: By default, Firefox uses its own built-in PDF reader plugin to view PDF files.

You can follow the steps below to change from their default reader to PDF Studio.

Note that PDF Studio will launch as an application, not as a browser plugin.

1. Click the menu button and choose Settings.

2. In the panel, go down to the Applications section.

3. Find the Portable Document Format (PDF) entry in the list

4. Click on the drop-down under Action column.

5. Select “Use PDF Studio xx” from the list. If PDF Studio does not show up on the list, select “Use other” and continue to step6.

6. On “Select Helper Application” dialog, select “PDF Studio xx” and hit OK.
