An earlier issue with scanning in Catalina is now resolved in the latest updates of PDF Studio 2018 and PDF Studio 2019. Make sure to update to the latest version by going under Help->Check for Updates in PDF Studio application.

PDF Studio 12 and earlier are not compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina
Due to new security and notarization processes added in the latest macOS that required extensive changes to our application and installer, it was not possible for us to update PDF Studio 12 and earlier versions to make them compatible with macOS Catalina. Existing users will need to upgrade to the latest version of PDF Studio if they want to continue using the PDF application on Catalina. We offer 60% discount to existing users to upgrade the latest version.
