Q: I just downloaded the latest version of PDF Studio on my new computer and my license key is not working with this new version.
A: The latest version of PDF Studio available for download is PDF Studio 2022. You might have a license key that is for a previous version of PDF Studio.
You can find information about your key by using our self-service page. An email will be sent to you letting you know what version of PDF Studio you purchased. Your license key is probably for an older version of PDF Studio, such as PDF Studio 2020, PDF Studio 2019, or earlier.
If your key is for Studio 2020 or an earlier version, you may:
- Upgrade your license key for free in our self-service page if you purchased PDF Studio 2021 on or after April 01 2022 and receive a new key that will work with the new PDF Studio 2022 version.
- Upgrade to PDF Studio 2022 at 60% discount if you don’t qualify for a free upgrade and receive a new key that will work with the new PDF Studio 2021 version.
- Download and install a previous version of PDF Studio for your matching PDF Studio key.
