When drawing graphical annotations on a PDF document with PDF Studio, to draw horizontal lines, vertical lines, or lines at 45 degrees, press and hold the Shift key while drawing the annotation. This works for the following annotations: line annotation, arrow annotation, polyline annotation, polygon annotation and measurement annotations such as distance, perimeter and area.
