Question: In selecting text from a PDF document, is there any way that I can select and copy text from more than one page at a time, such as, select all the text in a PDF document at one time and then paste it to another document?
Answer: To select & copy the text from all pages contained in a PDF document using PDF Studio:
- Click on the Text Selection Tool
- Press Ctrl + A (⌘ + A on Mac) to select all the text across all pages in the PDF
- Press Ctrl + C (⌘ + C on Mac) to copy
- Press Ctrl + V (⌘ + V on Mac) to paste it
