Q: I recently upgraded my computer to Mac OS 10.15.4. When I try to scan with PDF Studio 2019, the process dialog is frozen at 100%. How can I solve this issue?

A: Changes made to the latest macOS build (10.15.4) are causing the scan feature in PDF Studio 2019.2.1 and below to not work properly.

PDF Studio 2019.2.2 published on April 27 2020 contains a fix for this problem.

To resolve the issue, upgrade to the latest latest update of PDF Studio 2019 (2019.2.2 or above).

  • Go under Help > Check for Update
  • The Update Dialog will open
  • Download & Install the latest Update
