Q: I noticed there is a new minor version of PDF Studio 10.x.x but when I check for updates it says that I am up to date. Why is the new version not available?
A: When a new minor version of PDF Studio is released (i.e. 10.x.x) it is not immediately made available as an update through the automatic or manual update process from within PDF Studio. We generally wait approximately 2 weeks in order to allow new users to inform us of any bugs that may have been introduced in the minor version release. We also do this in order to keep our download servers from being hit with a large number of downloads at the same time.
If a couple weeks has passed since a new minor version is released and you have not yet received the update you can manually update by going to Help->Check for Updates. If this does not work please feel free to reach out to us at studiosupport@qoppa.com
