My key is not working after downloading new version

Q: I just downloaded the new version PDF Studio 8 on my new computer and my old key is not working with the new version.

A: You can get information about your key by using our self-service page. An email will be sent to you to let you know what version of PDF Studio you purchased (version 8, version 7, or previous).
