Q: I just downloaded the new version PDF Studio 8 on my new computer and my old key is not working with the new version.

A: You can get information about your key by using our self-service page. An email will be sent to you to let you know what version of PDF Studio you purchased (version 8, version 7, or previous).

If you purchased PDF Studio 7 or an earlier version, you may:

• Upgrade to PDF Studio 8 and receive a new key that will work with the new PDF Studio 8 version. See what's new in PDF Studio 8.
  
  Note that PDF Studio 7 users who purchased on or after October 22 2012 are entitled to a free upgrade. Visit our self-service page to upgrade your license key for free.
  
  
• Download and install previous version of PDF Studio and use your current PDF Studio key.
