Q: After installing PDF Studio 7, thumbnails do not show for my PDF documents on my Windows 7 computer. How can I restore this?

A: Try the following:

1. Uninstall PDF Studio 7
2. Uninstall Adobe Reader (or whatever was your default application for PDF viewing before installing PDF Studio).
   
3. Reinstall Adobe Reader
   
4. Reinstall PDF Studio 7 but uncheck all file associations.

These steps should restore the thumbnail preview but, unfortunately, will also make another application your default PDF editor. To open PDF Studio, you can drag and drop PDF files onto the PDF Studio 7 icon on your desktop or right-click on any PDF file and choosing Open With > PDF Studio from the mouse menu.
